North Hill Acres is being developed in two phases.
Phase I consists of 19 lots and is ready today as the roads are in and will be paved in the summer of 2009. One residence has already been completed and is now occupied.
Phase II will contain 21 lots.
The western part of phase II became a part of North Hill Acres through the cooperation of the City of Waupaca. The City agreed to detach approximately 14 acres of city land to the Town of Waupaca to help North Hill Acres developers in their efforts to provide affordable building lots to Waupaca area citizens.
North Hill Acres is being developed by Altomec Development which is comprised of:
Altomec Development will build town roads, proper drainage and will install needed utilities to the lots according to Town of Waupaca and County standards.
In keeping with one acre, country style living, sidewalks and other city improvements are not required.
Altomec will provide loan counseling through its real estate partner Shambeau and Lyons Real Estate. Shambeau and Lyons works with WHEDA, FHA Rural Development and other loan originators to help folks find a lending program that works for their individual needs.
